自備機油 原廠若是片面終止保固
有違反 "公平交易法第十九條第六款以及第二十四條"
如果消費者所自備之油品正確無誤，
但車廠拒絕為消費者更換，
或者宣稱更換後將終止保固，
那麼該車廠將觸犯公平交易法第十九條第六款及第二十四條。

公平交易法第十九條第六款：
以不正當限制交易相對人之事業活動為條件，而與其交易之行為。

公平交易法第二十四條：
（其他足以影響交易秩序之欺罔或顯失公平行為之禁止）除本法另有規定者外，
事業亦不得為其他足以影響交易秩序之欺罔或顯失公平之行為。

去跟大廠的代理商買機油 記得留發票
不要買來路不明的機油
原廠若是認為是機油的問題
原廠要負舉證的責任
原廠應該告不贏(或不敢告)油商吧
