標題[請益] 共同持有房屋的移轉

半年前跟女友以共同持有的名字購買一間房子 貸款部分也是一人一半，但是由我的戶頭扣款 請問若要將房屋持有人的名字改成我女朋友獨自持有 而貸款人不變，改由他的戶頭扣款 請問一下 自己辦跟找代書辦大概要多少錢？ 是不是建議就直接找代書辦就好？ 目前還沒打算登記，要等房子轉完以後再走下一步 有點卡關，不知道從何辦起.. 至於為何要這麼做又是另一段故事了 謝謝大家 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 163.16.236.133 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/home-sale/M.1428986080.A.29A.html
