標題剛辭掉一份工作

小弟我上個月是做門窗工作，在新竹，正常上班時間8：00～17：50禮拜一到禮拜六，月 薪32k，通常都會加班到19點 小弟我想問一下，我如果5/1提出離職並且當天不來，他可以扣我三天工錢嗎？ 依勞基法 那些我可以檢舉他嗎？ 我只知道工時過長… 因為老闆丟出一句話：勞工局查不到我的帳你盡量去說，我會怎樣我隨便你 ps：他說中秋、端午放假，所以勞動節不放，這真的合理！？ ※ 編輯: zx7250236 (101.12.141.228), 05/03/2015 11:35:00
