借個標題請教一下商事法 手機排版有點亂請見諒 今年商事法還沒看到補習班的答案 其中第三題保險法 第一小題考不足額理賠共保條款沒什麼問題 第二小題抵押人條款 想法: 保險標的物值2500萬 保險事故造成損害1500萬 那還有1000萬的殘值 而抵押權人的債權只有500萬 也就是說對抵押權人來說保險事故沒有發生 保險公司不用理賠給抵押權人 致於房屋所有人部份 用保險法77條規定去算 應該理賠600萬 以上想法不曉得有沒有問題 保險法這科準備起來不難 但考幾次下來分數起伏很大啊 拿過15分 也拿過3分= = ----- Sent from JPTT on my HTC_One_mini_601e. -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 42.78.65.41 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Examination/M.1404968820.A.FD5.html
