聯絡人：洪小姐 聯絡方式：0930-759387或寄站內信 房屋地點：新北市永和區忠孝街34巷 鄰近交通：離捷運頂溪站走路只要3分鐘，騎機車上中正橋只要2分鐘， 附近有很多班公車，交通非常方便! 所在樓層：公寓4樓/4樓 環境：交通非常便利，附近生活機能很好，但又在巷子裡，所以很安靜 租金(月)：4500元 押金：2個月 設備： 1. 房間內有木製單人床、彈簧床墊、冷氣、書桌、椅子、書櫃等 2. 共用廚房，可開伙，瓦斯爐電子鍋冰箱烤箱熱水壺，各種廚具自由使用，可以省很多 3. 使用天然瓦斯，安全又方便 4. 共用洗衣機、電視(有MOD)、DVD播放器、寬頻網路。要和另外兩位雅房室友共用衛浴 格局坪數：4坪(有1對外窗) 隔間材質：水泥 能否接受寵物：可 附註：以這裡的地段來說，房租和附近比起來算是相當便宜的， 房東也一直沒漲價，所以我在這裡住了超過10年! 室友都是單純好相處的上班族，另外還有2隻貓一起住在這個家裡， 因此希望室友是不怕貓的，不管是學生或上班族皆可， 假如喜歡貓、以前很想養貓卻因種種因素而不能養，那這裡會是您最好的選擇! 假如您有寵物的話，希望是只有一隻貓或比貓小的動物(例如兔子). 參考圖片：https://picasaweb.google.com/111965615165764767203/lEueTI 備 註：目前室友還在住，預計9月前清空。9月底10月初即可搬進，詳情可再討論。 共同分攤水、電、天然瓦斯和寬頻費用 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 118.169.215.164 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Rent_ya/M.1409025514.A.263.html
