「誰不想升職？」此問一出，以為人人趨鶩，但近日便收到後輩的求教，反問：「應否升職？」言下之意，是預留拒絕空間，進退維谷之際，便找上了我。

 

先簡單交代一下後輩 KK的情況，他大學畢業後於大型廣告公司工作 8年，平步青雲，最近公司更打算把他擢升為 director。然而， KK卻為此心煩！首先，才 30歲的他還很年輕，這麼快便爬上公司高層，面對經驗都比他老到的其他各個不同部門的董事級人馬，並不容易招架。
