阿根廷華興中文學校校長陳惠敏、主任傅文文，以及該校辦理的104年海外華裔文化學習參訪團部分團員，於當地時間19日，拜會中華民國駐阿根廷代表處。

代表處處長黃聯昇不但熱忱接待陳惠敏等人，並贈學員背包，更以自身寶貴經驗提醒團員返台文化學習參訪期間小心行車、戲水的安全。

僑務組長詳細的介紹參訪團行程，讓團員們更加了解此行的意義。

黃聯昇在與團員們合影留念後，期盼大家此行能圓滿順利，滿載而歸。
