2014/12 http://vikingbear.pixnet.net/blog/post/30599293 電話︰(02)2356-3468 地址：台北市中正區臨沂街70號 御牛殿是在電視上看到的美食 店家是位在臨沂街後面 靠近東門市場後面的小店家 店家還有販賣現切的牛肉~ 拿了一盤清爽開胃的小菜 泡菜的味道比較偏酸不辣 也滿適合幫重口味的餐點解膩的 貝爾點的是紅燒牛肉飯 配菜是家常的小菜 海帶~高麗菜跟蘿蔔乾 另外還附一碗湯 紅燒牛肉吃起來的口感很家常 就是帶點番茄的甜味 還有醬油的鹹香 很有媽媽的味道~ 我點的是菲力刺身湯麵 上桌的時候 牛肉還是生的 鋪滿半個碗麵~ 店家拿出熱湯 滾燙的熱湯澆下 就看到牛肉變熟了 因為怕會太老 所以要很快把他們撈起來 肉片吃起來的口感 很新鮮軟嫩~ 真不愧是溫體牛肉啊~ 可惜 紅燒牛肉的湯頭太甜 豆瓣醬的味道整個被壓下去 麵條吃起來口感也普通 把驚艷的牛肉口感 整個分數都拉下去了orz 牛肉拼盤還不錯 有牛筋~牛肚跟牛腱 配上店家特調的醬汁 跟好吃的食物 讓人覺得很享受~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 42.67.88.246 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Food/M.1419314791.A.CEB.html
