抱歉，網路我已爬文，可是總覺得我的工作這樣有違反，可是又不太確定，想請鄉民們幫 我看看，格式有誤請告知感謝 我的工作是電話客服，排休輪班制，去年2014公司規定是每天工作9小時休息一小時月休 六，今年2015改成每天工作10小時休一小時，月休八。薪資都一樣沒增加減少 國定假日不補休不加薪照上班，同事都為了多兩天假喜滋滋，但這樣一個月多了四小時上 班好像怪怪 這次1/1-1/4連假也沒補休或加薪 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 27.246.197.72 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1420160633.A.6A7.html
