請問房子信託意思是什麼?????

話說因姊夫財務出現問題

所以就把房子信託給我

但也因我家庭裏面有一位是有申請殘障補助

也因為這關係

變成無法領取這殘障補助

但我又沒出錢買房子

只不過是姐夫把房子信託給我

難道說信託是代表我買房子了嗎???
還是說信託是代表這房子已經屬於我的，並且可以讓我隨時隨地賣出
不用經過我姊夫同意

所以我想知道這信託是關係到什麼????
