大家好 我家老大剛出生，最近想要買房子，希望能住10年以上 預計是3-4房 室內空間25-30坪 目前看上這間離娘家近的華廈 http://sale.591.com.tw/sale-detail-1608277.html 有去現場看過 優點是位置不錯，公設比低，格局方正，客廳加廚房空間很大 當天下大雨，裡面蠻乾燥通風的，屋況保持得不錯 缺點是隔一面牆就是變電所，而且沒有停車位 查過附近的實價登錄大約8~12萬/坪 屋主自售目前開價16萬/坪... 我們是蠻喜歡的，但屋主似乎不給殺價（屋主言談間透露有人出650還不想賣） 另，如果過個10~15年想換屋，這房子保值性如何? 謝謝~~ -- -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 219.85.140.166 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/home-sale/M.1405786689.A.4E9.html
