凍獨案遭擱置 提案人：台灣已獨立

民進黨今天舉行全代會，黨主席蔡英文宣布有關凍結台獨黨綱等提案交由中執會討論。提出凍結台獨黨綱的民進黨中評委陳昭南、前立委郭正亮隨後發表聲明說，民進黨要再度邁向執政，就要誠實面對自己，務實解決問題。聲明指出，凍結台獨黨綱不是要放棄台灣獨立，而是認為台灣已經獨立，與中華人民共和國互不隸屬，國號為中華民國，主權屬於兩千三百萬人民。民進黨的使命是確保台灣主權現狀和自由民主制度，而非追求與台灣選舉現實脫節、容易引發國際社會疑慮的「台灣共和國」。
