如題

台北的房價有曾經下跌過嗎 ?

小弟我是7年級生,最近在台北有置產的需求.

所以這兩年才開始留意台北的房價與行情.

有了實價登錄的參考(當然不一定完全準確),發現行情都是用飆的.

才過幾個月,同樣的區域或建案,單坪行情馬上差了好幾萬,甚至增加10萬以上都有.

對於未來的房價當然現在有兩派說法
一方覺得還是會緩漲
一方論跌

我沒有要引發筆戰的意思

單純想知道,從歷史的角度來看.
除了Sars時期...台北的房價有跌過嗎?
就算是Sars,有大跌嗎 ?

或許有經歷過台北房市起落的大大.
或是有相關文獻跟研究的朋友

可以互相分享討論一下
