標題[問題] 新竹 竹北 美地建設的評價

最近美地建設在竹北有新的建案-心里畫 基地位在成功11街上 獨棟四拼43坪3房 室內格局 周遭環境我還蠻喜歡的 房子內配備也算是中上水準 房子的大小也符合我現在的需求 (43坪3房) 但是美地建設是新竹在地的建商 推案量較少 網路上的評價也比較少 不知道建商的口碑如何?? 想請問版上的前輩 有人有買過/住過/聽說過美地建設的品質嗎?? 希望大家能不吝賜教 謝謝!! 另外 有板上大大有去談價錢嗎 成交價大約在什麼位置?? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 114.25.204.132 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/home-sale/M.1405759678.A.B1F.html
