家姊的婆婆要把名下房子分給小孩 夫妻兩人分別在中和與南港工作 若以下兩房子大家會怎麽選？ 房子一 40年老公寓一樓，姊姊老公的老家，30坪以上 位在台北市外圈，離捷運走路至少半小時，可騎車 房子在小巷內，無都更或改建可能 屋內舊，格局長方，採光不太好，溼氣稍重 庭院有一小塊早期佔到政府土地，租金幾千元的樣子 近市場和超市，機能很不錯！ 上班應該都要靠大眾運輸轉轉轉 接手成本0，但每年要付給政府小小租金 若要住的舒服點可能要大裝潢 房子二 桃園市區2房預售屋，約20坪含車位，預計四年後完工 離車站不遠，機能應該沒問題 格局上不太清楚 上班也許分別開車或搭火車，或者透過未來捷運 接手成本600萬，交屋後開始付 _____ 以上兩間都各有優缺 大部分都會建議留老家，畢竟坪數較大又算台北市 但兩人喜歡新&有採光的房子，只是接手成本也不小 老家主要是屋況格局不佳，除非大裝潢改善 兩處離公司都不近，也許通車時間會差不多 機能應該也不相上下 請大家提供些意見，謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 114.34.122.12 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/home-sale/M.1410887571.A.469.html
