才剛組好的電腦 卻常常無法開機(LED 跟風扇等等都完全無反應) 要過一段時間 或是亂拔電源線之後 才有機會可以開機 即使是在win7中設定重新開機 也有很大機會無法再度開啟 設備如下 CPU (中央處理器)：Intel 第四代 R.
