現在的房價, 雖說事出有因, 但是有點殺雞取卵的味道, 不太好.

會有這種感嘆是因為台灣已經不是M型社會, 而是L型社會了. 大部份的人都沒錢, 而極少數的人又有錢到不知道什麼是錢. 這些人已經變成另一種形式的貴族. 這個鴻溝已經不是努力甚至運氣可以改變的. 再也沒有普通人可以經由考試, 經商, 中獎而晉身這個階級.

像郭家, 蔡家, 連家, 童家, 林家, 魏家, 王家, 你連中五十次大樂透都無法進入他們的世界.
