如果不常上需要用IE才能上的網站，別裝比較好。
一、套件太多，會影響Chrome的效能。
二、在某些網頁，無法正常運作，必需使用IE瀏覽器才能正常運作。

運作原理

由於Microsoft在發行Windows時已經把Internet Explorer捆綁在作業系統內，使用者亦不能移除，故IE Tab利用這些已捆綁的檔案來執行，模擬使用Internet Explorer。
優點和缺點
優點

相比起重新開一個Internet Explorer視窗，使用IE Tab方便得多。
