邱澤告花花與4名嘴 求償500萬

「TVBS哈新聞」主持人張家雲（花花）與名嘴楊皓如、狄志偉、許聖梅、呂文婉等人去年7月10日在節目中談論藝人邱澤緋聞，邱澤提出侵權行為損害賠償訴訟，要求5人賠償500萬元。士林地方法院民事庭20日將第4度開庭，庭類為言詞辯論。

「哈新聞」報導邱澤和李毓芬被偷拍事件，楊皓如、狄志偉、許聖梅、呂文婉與主持人花花宛如「說書人」，不但「重現」當時車內狀況，還頻說「案情不單純」，要邱澤勇敢認了戀情，惹惱邱澤經紀公司海納百川。
