鴻海股東會 媒體止步

鴻海昨（24）日晚間臨時發出媒體通知函，告知今日股東會不開放媒體參加。未到場的小股東，可能將面臨無法即時從媒體得知鴻海董事長郭台銘對未來營運展望的看法。

鴻海表示，今年股東會因預計股東參加人數增多，在考量股東會場地空間有限，以股東權益為主的情形下，將不開放媒體入場。

過去鴻海也曾多年未開放媒體進入股東會場，近幾年才開始讓媒體進場採訪。

【編譯林佳賢／綜合報導】美國智慧耳機商Soundhawk公司宣布和鴻海組成策略聯盟，並表示雙方結盟有助擴展事業規模。Soundhawk指出，已獲得True Ventures、鴻海和矽谷企業家注資550萬美元，使總募資金額達到1,120萬美元。
