立院初審 勞工可有條件調整上下班

立法院社環委員會今天初審通過勞基法修法草案，正常工時中，雇主得視勞工照顧家庭成員需要，允許勞工在不變更每日正常工作時數下，1小時範圍內彈性調整工作開始及終止時間。

不過，這項條文未列罰則。

立法院社會福利及衛生環境委員會初審通過勞動基準法部分條文修正草案規定，勞工正常工作時間，每日不得超過8小時，每週不得超過40小時；雇主如果違反規定，處新台幣2萬元以上30萬元以下罰鍰，修正條文自民國105年1月1日施行。
