標題[問題] 關於購屋後變化的問題??

各位好，想請問一下 今年三月小弟買了一戶房子 當時因為屋主新家新成屋交屋的關係 所以交期未定 僅有說大概時間 因此交屋一直延宕到最近才要交屋 但剛好在農曆七月前一天交屋 因此昨天就先去開工了 開完工後，去管理室要填施工申請單 結果順道問一下管理員說游泳池怎麼還沒有開放 結果得知，因為社區內住戶吵架 有住戶去檢舉游泳池導致不能使用(說啥當時都是用蓄水池的方式申報) 因此被都發局函文說不得再使用 昨天得知這消息後，詢問仲介 他覺得這事情非原屋主所能掌握加上這不是房內的一部分 所以沒有跟我告知 剛才他打電話來問明天交屋時間 我說我不想要交了...他跟我說事情不能這樣處理的... 請問一下，這事情能有沒有人有什麼經驗分享嗎?? 感謝了~~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 203.217.100.103 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/home-sale/M.1406258336.A.615.html
