請各位大大推薦小弟穩定耐用的記憶卡選擇？急~~！

小弟在去年三月XZ上市後就立刻購入手機加上Sandisk SDXC 64G C10 紅灰卡，結果購入沒多久記憶卡就出現常常異常卸載的問題，所以格式化後就寄回去給增你強換了一張新的回來！用了好一陣子都很穩定，直到最近，突然出現檔案刪不掉也無法寫入的問題，我把記憶卡直接插電腦也一樣！情況如下：
原本記憶卡剩300多mb，我刪了4G多的資料後再傳音樂檔案進去，當下看都沒問題，當把記憶卡安全卸載後再次插入電腦，居然又顯示只剩300多mb，剛剛刪掉的檔案又回來了，當然傳進去的音樂也不見了！ 決定把記憶卡格式化卻發現不管什麼軟體都無法格式化，一直說失敗！
上網爬文後一致都指向記憶卡的問題，我檔案刪不掉也不敢把記憶卡寄回公司換新卡，我個人比較重隱私！這張卡目前應該也沒什麼救了！

回歸正題，想請問各位推薦哪一品牌的記憶卡？
還有想請問XZ究竟有沒有支援到128GB？想說明年初也要換手機了，乾脆讓記憶卡一次到位到時候可以繼續沿用！
